There were plenty of long and flowy chiffon silky dresses & tunics worn over pants with breezy cut-out details, either slit sleeves or open backs for the girl who can definitely go braless.  Maxi dresses had flowy slits to create  movement when you walk. Easy fitting jumpsuits were styled with platform booties to keep balance.

If all this easy breezy openness is too light for fall, don’t fret, There were smart blanket coats, cozy sweaters, ponchos and oversize wool Magic Carpet print scarves to keep you warm and toasty.

Styling details include frizzy 70’s hair and wide-brimmed hats, the breakout hat of the season. Here’s how to wear it.
