Style advice to wear white jeans (in any size) inspired by Emanuelle Alt- beauty tips too!

Wake Me Up Before You Go Go
We can't quite get white jeans out of our minds since watching Emanuelle Alt, the editor of VOGUE  Paris jump around and do the best karaoke cover of WHAM's Wake Me Up Before You Go Go in a promo video for the magazine earlier this week.  We've coveted Alt's rocker-esque update of French chic since day one and,  in this video, what shows the most is her  joie de vivre that makes anything she wears instantly cool. Pippa Middleton’s Fashion Mistake- Color Blocks Her Legs To Look Shorter

Pippa Middleton with her Aruna Seth Romana Bag
I (Don't) Want What She's Having: Legs that look stumpy from poor fashion choices Pippa Middleton, the every-girl style icon is looking decidedly edgy for herself. While the particular wash of her fuchsia jeans is not our favorite with its strange dye markings down the side, we appreciate her effort to spunk up a classic dark blazer with a burst of color paired with her go-to Aruna Seth Romina bag. But, here's where Pippa went wrong... Her calf-high black boots completely cut her body off into thirds! It's a color blocking disaster gone short and dumpy, while over-emphasizing muscular legs. The Aldo Elks bootie is short enough to create a longer leg and its platform will make Pippa's legs look even

Fashion Advice- How to Find A Stylish Swimsuit Cover Up

It can be tricky to find a swim suit cover up, but it doesn't have to be with these style tips... There seems to be two schools of thought on swimsuit cover-ups: the sheer and sexy or the short-shorts and terry. So what's a chic beach babe to do when she feels that running around in a one-off negligee or a kiddy romper is just too-too to suit her style needs? Well, go crazy. No, no, that's why I'm here. I don't know about you, but unless I'm camped out poolside at a luxury resort, the idea of prancing about in a sheer beach cover-up seems rather ridiculous to me, if not a bit risqué if you drive to the

That and the fact that we New Yorkers become subjected to traffic backup for miles in the kind of grid lock not even found on a Cartier bracelet. Think about my friend, the time-challenged Lauren Arpel. Crazy traffic makes Lauren dizzy, therefore she showed up in the WRONG Italian restaurant for a dinner I organized with my very own editor in chief Sharon Haver and the gorgeous Julie Anne Rhodes from The Roving Stove who was in from Los Angeles.
