Zappos Hacked and 6PM Hacked Too!

Wow, wow, wow. As we often suggest products from both Zappos and 6PM, we feel it important to share the security breach news. It's reported that 24+ million customer accounts are affected by the security hack on Zappos. Read the Zappos security release here for tips on what to do and what not to worry about and how to change your password. The release states, "THE DATABASE THAT STORES OUR CUSTOMERS' CRITICAL CREDIT CARD AND OTHER PAYMENT DATA WAS NOT AFFECTED OR ACCESSED." 6PM hacked Also hacked was sister site 6PM; its security release is here. Save your shoes and go to Rome- the city is repaving streets to be high heel friendly!

If anyone needs further proof as to how much Italian men love women, look no further than this: Rome's mayor, Gianni Alemanno acknowledges that the historic cobblestone city streets destroy high heels and "has announced plans to begin a makeover on Via del Corso, one of Rome’s central (shopping) streets. The plan is to smooth the sidewalks and roads to make walking along them less dangerous 'especially for women in heels,' reports ItalyMag, with Via del Teatro Marcello, Via Petroselli, and Piazza Bocca della Verità to follow in the re-paving as reported in The Daily Mail.
