New York’s party princesses were out in full force at Salvatore Ferragamo’s lavish fete at Julian Schnabel’s grand Palazzo Chupi earlier this week to celebrate the venerable Italian leather goods house’s latest fragrance, Signorina.
The event was coordinated to evoke the fragrances stylish muse and campaign star Bianca Balti’s glamorous lifestyle with sartorial stars Alexandra and Theodora Richards, Rachel Chandler and Stella Schnabel also dressed in the labels graphic scarf printed dresses from Spring 2012. Attendees included fashion & art world stars Courtney Love, Carmen Cass, Emily Weiss, Astrid Munoz, Hope Atherton and Hannah Bronfman.
But the evenings biggest draw was the U.S debut of I Blame Coco fronted by Eliot Sumner, daughter of Sting & Trudie Styler. With her svelte frame, wickedly pretty feline features, hyper-cool androgynous style and pitch perfect vocals, she may have just been the evenings biggest surprise and inspirational muse to boot. After all, not all signoras need to prescribe to party-ready standards and for that along with her talent, she was a standout and one to watch.
