  • Quick Tip Video: Why You Need White Space To Clear Your Mind And Get Inspired

QT Template - Inspiratoin white space

Today’s Productivity Quick Tip is the importance of finding clarity in white space.

    TRANSCRIPT:

Hey there, it’s me Sharon Haver with today’s FocusOnStyle very snowy Quick Tip.

Sometimes you just need to literally find white space to clear your head and get clarity.

Look at this beauty of white and clean all around me.

A simple, absolutely open palette allows you to be able to think of what you want to do, what you want to accomplish, what’s next in your life.

Now, I admit that most of the time we don’t get the pleasure of actually having beautiful literal white space.

This is my cross country Nordic ski track… my chance of getting outside to where I like to go for a little white space.

I’m not really what you would call a “meditator,” lol.  That’s a new word I made up. I don’t meditate but I look for ways of either going for a long walk, going to a museum, going for something that stimulates me that’s a little different than what I normally do.

So I just mentally get the mindset of white space… this way you come back so much more productive.

So see you in the next FocusOnStyle Quick Tip.

Let me give you a quick view of what’s around me. And I’ll show you the Teton Mountain Range. There you go. I’m going to go back to a little cross country skiing right now. See you soon. Bye bye.
