While we’re not self-professed Lindsay Lohan watchers here, I do love the way she’s paired a very sculpted and structured leather jacket with soft jeans.

LL is walking alongside Recession denim designer, Danialla Siri and toting her blue jean Hermes Birkin bag, along with a few more pairs in hand from the Recession denim line– looks like a fruitful meeting!
But what we do love– and think that you should know about– is the way a very structured and sculpted leather jacket looks so right when paired with loose-fitting, wide leg jeans. The contrast of a soft and casual jean worn with a jacket that’s this done up makes for a very off-handed and downtown approach to something can look too-too and overstyled, if not careful.
In contrast, jeans this baggy can look sloppy but some polished accessories, like the “fancy” bag, good metal watch, and tortoise cateye sunglasses make it very relaxed glam and an extremely realistic way to look cool, yet chic.
