For Fall 2010, design duo Costello Tagliapietra– Jeffrey Costello and Robert Tagliapietra– known for their immaculate takes on classic Grecian draping cited Japan and the early work of it’s most iconic designers, Yohji Yamamoto and Rei Kawakubo as influences, giving their Barney’s babes an assortment of polished looks that had a somewhat off-kilter, slightly relaxed and inventive zest that made for a strong outing.
