The Spring 2013 collection draws inpiration from nature’s architecture and the effortless ease of hidden energy and environments, states the collection notes.
Ease there was in the super clean collection that, from profile, played like a modern riff of Bonnie Cashin’s 60s non-fussy vibe, echoing the natural theme with colors named Ice, Quartz, Cactus, Optic and Jet.

The elongated silhouettes hovered around the knee yet moved in a way to create an understated contemporary breezy ageless feel.
Particularly strong, were the chunky stripe sweaters over lighterweight full cotton skirts. A sleeveless black leather shell worn over a white cotton skirt, and the apron neckline open back dresses, perfect for a hot NY summer day.
A monastic hat cum hood completed the styling– a detail that is easy to let slide to fully appreciate the laid back edgy elegance of the collection.
