Charlotte Ronson's Spring 2012 collection continues with the bohemian feeling known for her line, but for Spring 2012 she trades in the grunge we have seen in the past two seasons and for a of precious vintage femininity. The ever-present small floral prints are here again and in addition we have cotton eyelets, lace collars, ombre chiffon, delicate knits and shimmering beading. Runway Review: I desperately want to be the woman in the room wearing Herve Leger's Spring 2012 collection pieces. Sexy, strong, feminine, and very aware of her prowess she is indeed. And wearing a dress to match the attitude. The collection is beautifully simple yet intricate - the color palette hardly strays from champagne, silver and soft rose lurex, black and white. The silhouettes overall are fitted, ahem....very fitted, mid-thigh, sleeveless sheath dresses. It's all very simple until you get up close and see the exquisite seaming, braiding, knotting, metallic beadwork and pleating. These details are what make each dress simply nail it dead on.
