From Paris Fashion Week, CHLOE Fall 2013:
After a few season’s at the helm of storied ultra femme Parisian go-to Chloe, designer Clare Waight Keller delivered her best outing yet. Fall 2013 was heavy on deluxe daywear and delivered a fresh mix of the labels signature girlie elements with a clean, modern spirit.

It was exactly the kind of nuanced collection that we’ve long admired Chloe for, with the right kind of subtle coolness thats made a Chloe purchase one that stands the test of time.
We can imagine a place for these looks just about anywhere, from 9 to 5 and late into the evening. Harness details and a mod sensibility gave pinafore dresses and contrasting separates just the right amount of edge. As did clean a-lines and a reasonable palette of navy, gray, black and white.
A gold chain link tunic and dress custom made by fence makers also signaled a sense of fun, albeit decadent and over the top cool.
