RHONYC Gossip-Behind the Scenes Video of Brad’s Birthday Party In Morocco of Those Housewives

The Real Housewives of New York City in Morocco and the meaning of GRACE, and a snake charmer too!

The Majorelle Gardens were the subject of my last piece here on Focus on Style. Now, I bring to you this week with the ladies and my birthday in Morocco.

When I was planning my birthday party, I had no idea The Real Housewives Of New York City were coming to Morocco at the same time!

When Jill Zarin called me to tell me their plans, I was delighted. I thought it would be fun to included traditional Moroccan delights, such as snake charmers and fortune tellers. Jill had never been to Morocco, and I wanted her to see the magic and the splendor of a culture steeped in thousands of years of history.

As the ladies arrived looking beautiful, they were greeted by musicians in jalaba’s serenading them into to the divine courtyard of a 17th century Riad in the Souk in Marrekech!

As everyone knows, my home is in the north of Morocco in Tangier, but I winter in the south where the weather is warm in November. When my friend Daniel offered to host my birthday party in his Riad, I jumped at the chance. My girlfriend, Daniele Pollitz, organized the dazzling evening to great applause.

I have to say Jill looked so beautiful and simply glowing and was the most perfect birthday gift a man could ever want! I have been blessed to enjoy the company of each of these ladies over the years and I must say Morocco did wonders to bring out the softer side of each of them!

Now don’t get me wrong, there is lots of drama to come. Sometimes, you just have to sit back and enjoy the ride… and, indeed I do.
