Golden Globes Fashion- Best Dressed Looks

Golden Globes fashion - 2016

Golden Globes fashion 2016 is rather uninteresting in a very good way.

Honestly, (most) everyone looked chic and elegant. There was barely a misstep and the looks were clean and stunning.

Kinda sorta like the way we want to look. Nothing fussy. Nothing overdone. Mostly streamlined and well-edited.

The secret to a great look is to keep it simple + keep it striking.

The overall theme for Golden Globes fashion this year were column dresses in clear colors, which although gorgeous, are not so memorable the next day.

Golden Globe Fashion Winners that had that something extra (pictured above)…

It’s hard to debate that Jennifer Lawrence stole the fashion show in her cutout (another fashion theme) red column from Dior and perfectly accented red lips and pulled back hair. And, og that diamond colloar!

Jennifer Lopez in a Chartreuse capelet Giambattista Valli Haute Couture… because she IS JLo and we are not.

Alicia Vikander conjured up the right amount of fresh and feminine frills yet clean lines in a Louis Vuitton white column with ruffle detail.

More Dramatic

Golden Globes fashion - 2016

Golden Globes fashion went from a more spring-like light and fresh look to the more dramatic wintery styles, pictured above.

Jaimie Alexander in plunging green Genny with a full skirt and graphic pattern looked modern and daring at the same time.

Julianne Moore in a navy sequin Tom Ford with cutaway neckline is sexy, classy and ageless.

Kristen Dunst in a super-revealing black plunge Valentino manged to look elegant although very bare.

What was you favorite look of the night?
