How to Avoid Information Overload: The best way to process what you learn and conquer overwhelm

How to avoid information overload, conquer overwhelm, and process what you learned…

Don’t let information overload ruin your learning experience!

I recently attended a business development mastermind training retreat where I had first-hand exposure to the feeling of overwhelm that can arise during “intense learning situations”.

In this Quick Tip video, you will learn how I process a lot of information after an intense learning experience.

So, if you find yourself in a situation like this, the best way to let all that good information sink in, process what you learned,  and avoid overwhelm is to take a step back, free your mind, and just relax. Get outdoors and do what you love. It may seem counter-intuitive, but you’ll find that your brain will process and retain new information much much more efficiently after some quality downtime.

What do you think? Let me know how it works out in the comments on my youtube channel -> http://bit.ly/2osqx9A.
